Summary Objective

The purpose of this position is to perform responsible administrative and supervisory work concerned with the Finance department's customer service operations.

This class works under administrative supervision, developing and implementing programs within organizational policies and reports major activities to executive level administrators through conferences and reports.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, finance, or closely related field.

Requires four years of experience in accounting, financial management, utility system financial operations including utility operations or similar customer service operations with supervisory experience in comparable size and complex organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
